John Kroll
John is a 23 year Hyatt veteran whose career began at the Grand Hyatt New York, a high volume 1,400-guestroom hotel. He was promoted as General Manager to Hyatt Regency New Brunswick in 1991, Hyatt Regency Princeton in 1994, Hyatt Regency Richmond in 1998, and the Hyatt Regency Philadelphia in July of 2000. As well running the full operations of a hotel, a strong community and volunteer focus are ongoing priorities.
John is the General Manager of the 350-room, full-service hotel with 25,000 sq. ft of meeting space. His responsibilities include generating a successful financial statement annually in which revenues and profits increased year-over-year, and manage a staff of 250 employees. He was the opening General Manager, assisting the project manager and development company in the completion of the hotel.
