The SMART System includes a set of industry statistical tools, marketing
research tools, and performance measurement tools for Convention
and Visitors Bureaus.
The system includes the following components:
- Executive Dashboard - provides snapshots of statistics of various functional areas
- Barometer - provides statistics of the tourism industry in Elkhart
- Visitor Profile - provides statistics of visitors to Elkhart based on data collected
through multiple venues
- CVB Performance - provides statistics of overall and departmental performance at
ECCVB
- Resources - provides a set of tools of documentation, references, and useful resources
